Return Policy
Returned merchandise received after the 7-day return window, or items that are not in resalable condition (including opened packaging, expired products, or damaged goods), are not eligible for credit or refund and may be disposed of in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Customer Service or Management. All exception determinations will be documented for internal records.
