Return Policy

ACS: All merchandise returned outside the 7-day window not in resale condition (opened boxes, expired product, damaged goods) or returned outside the 7 day window will be discarded, and no credit or refund will be issued., unless an exception is made and approved by a member of the customer service or management team. This determination will be recorded in the patient’s file for reporting purposes and in the event of a patient inquiry.

Returned merchandise received after the 7-day return window, or items that are not in resalable condition (including opened packaging, expired products, or damaged goods), are not eligible for credit or refund and may be disposed of in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
